About Me
Personal
I was born and raised in Fairburn,Georgia. After graduating from high school in 1991 I attended Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Decatur. I graduated in 1993 with my Funeral Director and Embalming License. I then received my Assoicate Degree in Funeral Service in 1994. I became an Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader in 1995. My family had been Falcons fans for over 30 years and I had always dreamed of cheering for them one day. I continued to assist families in the local are at the funeral home. I married my husband, Scott Hayes, of Fairburn June of 1996. Scott is a general contractor and stated, "you need to get your real estate license." So, I then took on another venture and started real estate school. I started in real estate September 1998 until Scott and I were blessed with our first daughter Cheyenne, in June of 1999. I was a stay at home mom and real estate agent until our second daughter, Carlyn was born in June 2002. It was then that I really started listing and selling all over the south metro area. I usually carry between seventy to hundred listings. I continue to work in new construction as well. I have always been a "people" person and I feel that I can help families in the real estate industry with one of the most important decisions in their lives.
I have been part of Keller Williams family since 2001. I started Christie Hayes & Associates in 2004 and have an office in my home in Newnan. I have a full time Licensed Assistant Priscilla Martin, who was born and raised in Brooks. She is blessed with 3 children, Shane, Laura and Dylan.
